Conditions du programme de parrainage

1. Qualification

A referral qualifies when a new referred account is correctly attributed to an eligible existing account and Colver receives the referred account's first positive paid subscription invoice. Trial starts, free use, failed payments, and zero-value invoices do not qualify.

2. Reward

The eligible referrer receives 250 credits after the qualifying invoice is processed. The reward expires 90 days after it is granted. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn.

A referred customer does not receive a separate reward unless a current offer expressly says so.

3. Fair use

• Do not refer yourself, create duplicate or controlled accounts, or misstate your relationship with Colver.
• Do not use bots, purchased lists, misleading claims, unsolicited bulk messages, or incentives that violate law or platform rules.
• Do not publish a referral as if you were Colver or an authorised representative.

4. Reversal and programme changes

If the qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or reversed, Colver may void the unused portion of the reward. Colver may withhold or remove rewards connected to abuse after review.

We may change or end the referral programme prospectively. A valid reward already granted keeps its stated expiry unless it is connected to a reversal or breach.
