1. Subscription plans

Regional prices use USD in the Americas and EUR in Europe, with USD as the default elsewhere. The numerical list price and credit allowance are the same; this is not a currency conversion. The detected country-level IP location determines the purchase currency, even when the profile lists a different country. Review the final amount and any applicable tax before confirming. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are charged in full once a year and save 20% compared with twelve monthly payments. Both options renew the credit allowance each month without rollover; annual payment does not make the entire year's credits available immediately.

An upgrade starts a new billing cycle after payment. Its discount is the lower of the value of unused plan credits and remaining paid-cycle time, based on the amount actually paid excluding tax, rounded down to the nearest cent. For annual subscriptions, this includes unused future monthly allowances within the paid year. Gifts and purchased top-ups do not increase the discount. The new allowance replaces the previous plan's current and future allowances, while top-ups remain. Complete running tasks before confirming; while payment is pending, complete or cancel that payment before starting more tasks. A failed or abandoned payment does not itself grant a new plan or spend the previous allowance. Downgrades and a switch from annual to monthly on the same plan take effect at the end of the current paid cycle. Switching from monthly to annual on the same plan starts a new paid cycle with the same discount rule.

Optional top-ups cost $10 USD or €10 EUR for 1,500 credits, or $25 USD or €25 EUR for 4,000 credits, before applicable tax. They are added after successful payment, do not expire and are never charged or renewed automatically. Subscription payments are managed on the web.

The free account storage allowance is 254 MiB. If a subscription ends or moves to a lower plan while stored data exceeds the new allowance, existing files remain available but new uploads are paused until usage falls below the limit or the account upgrades.

2. Free credits

An eligible Free account receives 200 welcome credits once, then 100 credits per monthly account period from the second month. Unused credits expire at the end of the period, and missed periods do not accumulate. Paid accounts do not receive the recurring Free allowance. There is no separate daily or weekly grant. Colver may prevent duplicate, automated, abusive, or fraudulent free grants.

On transition to this policy, the new Free allowance replaces the previous weekly or daily promotion. A reservation already in use is settled before its expired remainder is removed. Purchased top-ups and referral rewards retain their separate terms.

3. What a credit measures

Credits are a usage unit, not a currency. One credit equals 1,000 internal microcredits. Model and measured provider usage are rated at 500 credits per USD of provider cost. This conversion determines consumption; it is not a cash redemption value or a promise that subscription price is spent entirely on providers. Subscription revenue also funds infrastructure, support and operation of the service.

A short reply normally uses fewer credits than a task requiring extensive research, connected tools or generated images. Necessary internal model work is included in the task total. Provider-reported cache savings reduce the charge. Ordinary connected-tool executions cost 0.25 credits each; connection setup, discovery and metatools have no separate execution fee. Premium tools use their published unit tariff instead of adding an ordinary execution fee. Native search already included in a model provider total is not charged a second time.

Colver reserves credits progressively before paid operations, captures the measured charge, and releases unused reservations. A reservation is not a final charge. Colver technical failures, internal correction retries, maintenance and evaluations are not charged to the user; their costs remain recorded for Colver. There is no flat price per chat message and no separate daily allowance. The ledger determines the balance.

4. Expiry and order of use

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the billing period in which they were granted. Unused monthly credits do not carry over, including when none were used. Purchased top-ups do not expire. Eligible credits with the earliest expiry are used first.

Cancellation stops future monthly grants but does not extend an existing grant. Expired, revoked, refunded, disputed, promotional, or fraudulently obtained credits cannot be used.

5. Shared-agent use

When an authenticated visitor runs a shared agent, the visitor's credits are charged unless the interface expressly says the creator is sponsoring that run. A creator can see agent-level usage needed to manage the publication but does not receive the visitor's private credit ledger.

6. Plan and rate changes

We may change plan prices, included credits, or usage rates prospectively. A paid price change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the notice required by law. The usage record identifies the pricing version applied to a run.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and cannot be sold. They are not a bank account, electronic money, gift card, or investment.

7. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

Use Cancel subscription in Credits and plan and confirm the cancellation. Cancellation stops the next renewal, cancels pending plan changes, and preserves access until the current paid cycle ends. The confirmation shows when access ends. Except where law requires otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current period or restore credits already consumed. If the payment processor reverses, refunds, or disputes a payment, Colver may reverse the related unused grant and any unused referral reward linked to that payment. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate billing errors.
