Send a precise report

Email help@colver.im with the subject “Illegal content report”. This electronic channel is available to any person or organisation. Reports should be accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith.

• Give the exact shared-agent URL and identify the specific content or activity.
• Explain why you believe it is illegal and identify the relevant country or legal right where possible.
• Provide supporting information that allows a diligent decision without an unnecessary disclosure of personal data.
• Include your name and email, unless the report concerns an offence where identifying the reporter should not be required by law.
• Include a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.

What happens next

Colver will acknowledge a usable report electronically, review it in a timely, diligent, objective, and proportionate way, and notify the reporter of the decision where required. A report does not guarantee removal.

Colver may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict visibility, revoke publication, suspend a tool or account, or leave the content available. Decisions consider legality, product terms, rights and safety, context, and the least restrictive effective measure.

Notice to the affected user

Where Colver restricts content supplied by a user, it will provide a clear reason where the law allows, including the measure taken, the facts and contractual or legal ground, whether automation contributed, and available redress. The reporter's identity is not disclosed unless needed to establish the alleged illegality or required by law.

Contest a moderation decision

Reply to the decision or email help@colver.im with the affected URL, decision reference, reasons for disagreement, and supporting evidence. A person will review a credible appeal rather than relying only on the original automated signal.

Urgent danger and authorities

If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority first. Colver's email is not an emergency channel. Valid orders from competent authorities are handled under applicable law.
