Use Colver lawfully and with permission

You may use Colver only for lawful work and only with data, systems, accounts, and people you are authorised to access. These rules apply to prompts, agent definitions, outputs, files, shared agents, browser actions, connectors, secrets, and automated runs.

Prohibited use

  • Break the law, facilitate fraud, evade sanctions, launder funds, or misrepresent identity or authority.
  • Access, scan, disrupt, or extract data from a system without permission; distribute malware; steal credentials; or bypass a safeguard, rate limit, approval, or access control.
  • Exploit, abuse, threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against, or sexually exploit a person, including any sexual content involving minors.
  • Create or distribute unlawful content, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights.
  • Make fully automated decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, policing, migration, or another high-impact area without the lawful process, qualified review, notices, and safeguards required for that use.
  • Develop or deploy weapons, destructive capabilities, or instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
  • Send spam, scrape in breach of law or binding access rules, manipulate engagement, or use unsolicited referral messages.
  • Use an agent output as professional advice without qualified human review, or conceal that a person is interacting with AI where disclosure is required.
  • Resell or expose Colver access, credits, browser sessions, or connector authorisations outside the controls provided by the service.

Sensitive actions

Use the narrowest tool permissions and require a human decision before sending messages, publishing content, spending money, deleting data, changing access, accepting terms, submitting a legal statement, or taking another consequential or irreversible action.

You must review generated code and interfaces before deployment. Do not use an HTML artefact or browser session to collect a secret outside the dedicated secret control.

Reporting and enforcement

Report illegal content, abuse, or a security concern to help@colver.im. Include the relevant agent URL, the location of the content, why it is unlawful or harmful, and reliable contact information.

We may limit tools, disable content, revoke a publication, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or contact authorities where necessary and proportionate. Where appropriate, we will give the affected user a reason and a way to appeal by email.
