Your right to withdraw

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you normally have 14 calendar days from entering into a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Mandatory local rights can provide more protection.

If you expressly ask Colver to begin a paid service during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, Colver may charge only the proportionate amount lawfully due for service supplied before your notice. This is separate from ordinary cancellation, which stops a future renewal.

How to send the notice

Send a clear withdrawal statement to help@colver.im. Use the subject “Withdraw from contract” so it can be identified quickly. The deadline is met if you send the notice before the 14-day period ends. Colver will acknowledge receipt on a durable medium, normally email.

You can currently send the notice by email. A dedicated online withdrawal function will also be provided where required by law.

Model withdrawal form

To: Colver.im; help@colver.im.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following Colver service: [plan or service]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

You do not have to use this model wording. A clear statement that identifies you and the contract is enough.

Refund after withdrawal

Where withdrawal is valid, Colver will reimburse the amount required by law using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The timing and any lawful proportionate deduction follow applicable consumer law.

For a billing error, service failure, or non-conformity rather than withdrawal, contact help@colver.im and describe the problem. Different remedies can apply.
