1. What sharing means

An agent is private unless its creator deliberately publishes access. A shared URL opens an access screen showing the agent name, creator username, short description, and declared connectors before an authenticated user enters the chat.

A shared URL is not a public file URL. Visitors must sign in, and access remains subject to the publication state and other controls. A creator can revoke publication or a person's access.

2. Visitor separation

A visitor receives a separate conversation and runtime context. The creator does not automatically receive the visitor's private chat, uploads, secret values, connected-account tokens, or browser session. The creator can see aggregate and operational information such as use, credit activity attributable to the agent, access records, and failures needed to manage the agent.

Files or artefacts intentionally presented as part of the agent can be available to authorised visitors. The canvas can display an approved file, browser view, or generated HTML artefact when it is part of the agent's workflow.

3. Creator and visitor responsibilities

  • Creators must describe the agent honestly, choose appropriate permissions, test the agent, and have rights to any content or connector they make available.
  • Visitors must use the agent lawfully, protect their account, review output, and provide only data they are entitled to use.
  • Both must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not attempt to obtain another person's private session, secret, file, or connected-account data.

4. AI disclosure

Colver identifies created agents as AI systems before or during interaction. A creator must not remove or obscure that disclosure. If generated or manipulated content is distributed outside Colver, the creator and visitor remain responsible for any additional labelling required by law.

5. Reports, restriction, and appeal

Anyone can report a specific shared agent or item of content to help@colver.im. A useful notice includes the URL, exact content or location, reasons, supporting information, and the reporter's contact details.

We may restrict or remove an agent that is unlawful, violates product terms, creates a serious safety or security risk, or uses a provider in breach of its rules. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision to the creator. The creator can appeal by replying with context and supporting evidence. We will review the decision rather than relying only on the original automated signal.
