Request an export

Colver does not yet provide a complete self-service export for every data category. Until it does, send a request to help@colver.im from the account email and identify the account, workspaces, agents, date range, and intended destination. Identity and authority may need to be verified.

This page does not limit GDPR portability, access rights, consumer rights in user-created digital content, or mandatory cloud-switching rights.

Export scope

Subject to the rights of other people, security, confidentiality, technical feasibility, and lawful retention, an export can include profile data, workspace and agent definitions, instructions, memory records, conversation content, uploaded and generated files, publication settings, and relevant usage metadata.

Secret values, provider credentials, private security signals, model hidden reasoning, third-party proprietary data, and another user's private visitor session are not exportable. Connection references can be included, but external OAuth tokens remain with the relevant provider and should be reauthorised at the destination.

Format and transfer

Where available, structured records are provided in a commonly used machine-readable format such as JSON or CSV, with original files in their stored format. A large export can be delivered through a short-lived authenticated download rather than email.

Direct transfer to another provider is offered only where a secure compatible interface exists and the requesting customer authorises it. The customer remains responsible for the destination and its security.

Timing, recovery, and deletion

Colver will handle a valid request within the period required by the applicable law or agreement. A complex or unusually large migration may require a scoped plan. Any permitted switching charge must be disclosed in advance and will not exceed what the law allows.

After termination, a limited recovery period can apply before active data is deleted. Backups, billing records, disputes, security evidence, and legal holds follow their separate retention rules. Request deletion explicitly if it is not already part of the termination process.
