How to read these categories

These categories cover services expected to process personal data for the live Colver service. A category is used only when the relevant feature is enabled. A connection selected by a customer can introduce an additional independent recipient or processor named on its authorisation screen.

Region statements describe the configuration Colver controls. They do not mean that every support system, network, or onward processor is confined to that region. Business customers can request the current provider identities and contractual transfer details.

Models and customer-selected destinations

A model choice or connector can change where data is sent. The interface should identify the selected model, tool, or connected service before use. Customers should not assume EU-only processing unless the specific route and destination are expressly identified as such.

Changes and questions

Business customers that require provider identities or new-subprocessor notices can contact help@colver.im. Questions about a transfer mechanism or feature scope can be sent to the same address.
