1. Current use
Colver uses browser storage needed to authenticate users, protect requests, keep sessions working, and remember requested settings. Public pages also use cookie-free aggregate analytics and offer optional analytics cookies after you accept them.
Optional analytics cookies do not load before consent. Reject, accept, and configuration controls are presented together, and you can change your choice from the cookie settings in the footer.
2. Cookie and storage inventory
| Key or category | Purpose | Type | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Colver session | Sign-in, session continuity, security, and callback state | Strictly necessary cookies | Session or the configured authentication lifetime |
| colver-color-theme | Remember light or dark appearance | Local storage requested by the user | Until removed or replaced |
| Security and request state | Prevent request forgery, replay, and abuse | Strictly necessary cookies or short-lived browser state | Session or short-lived |
| colver-analytics-consent-v1 | Remember whether optional analytics cookies were accepted or rejected | Local storage requested by the user | Until removed or replaced |
| Optional analytics cookies | Understand consented public-page use | Optional analytics cookies | Up to 2 years |
| Cookie-free aggregate analytics | Understand filtered public-page use through aggregated events | Cookie-free analytics | Daily visitor hash; aggregate reporting follows the service plan |
Exact authentication cookie names can change when the identity SDK changes. Their purpose does not change without an update to this policy.
3. Third-party pages
Payment checkout, sign-in, and connector authorisation pages run on the relevant service's domain. Those services may set their own essential or optional cookies under their policies. Colver does not control browser storage placed after you leave colver.im.
When you accept optional analytics, the analytics service receives the page path, page title, language, session information, approximate location, and browser or device information. Colver keeps advertising storage and ad personalisation disabled.
The cookie-free analytics service receives a filtered public-page URL, referrer, coarse location, browser, operating system, and device type for aggregate reporting. It does not use cookies or retain a visitor hash beyond one day. Colver removes query strings before sending events.
4. Your controls
You can reject optional analytics cookies without losing access to Colver. Cookie settings in the footer lets you accept, reject, or withdraw consent later. Withdrawing consent stops optional analytics and removes its accessible cookies from this site. Cookie-free analytics remains limited to aggregate public-page measurement.
You can also remove cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or protected agent access.
